The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT) organized Trashi Khadhar Ceremony for the newly appointed Chiefs who were selected and promoted through open competition.

- Rinchen Gyeltshen, EID No. 20150105075 has been appointed as the Chief Engineer, Regional Office, Lingmithang, Department of Surface Transport. He previously served as an Executive Engineer with the Regional Office, Trashigang, Department of Surface Transport.
- Tshering Denka, EID No. 20140103241 has been appointed as the Chief Urban Planner, Spatial and Strategic Planning Division, Department of Human Settlement. She previously served as the Deputy Chief Urban Planner under the same office.
- Gem Tshering, EID No. 201001175 has been appointed as the Chief Engineer, Water and Sanitation Division, Department of Infrastructure Development. He previously served as an Executive Engineer under the same office.
The Ministry extends its heartfelt congratulations and Trashi Delek to the newly appointed Chiefs and look forward to their continued dedication, professionalism, and effective leadership in their respective roles.
