Regional Engineering Cluster

The Regional Engineering Cluster (REC) is a specialized division within Bhutan’s Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT), established under the Department of Infrastructure Development to provide decentralized technical expertise and coordination for infrastructure projects across the various districts (Dzongkhags) and municipalities (Thromdes).
