The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport invites sealed quotations from licensed agents interested in issuing air tickets for the following sector.

The tenns and conditions applicable to this tender are as follows:
- Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chief Procurement Officer, MoIT, no later than 21st May 2025 before 9:30 AM . The bids will be opened on the same day at 10:00 AM in the Chief Procurement office.
- Bids will be disqualified if the seat confinnation is not provided at the time of submission.
- Quotations must include all charges and taxes. Any applicable fees, levies, or taxes should be clearly itemized in the tender document.
- Bidders are requested to specify the name of the airline and submit a confirmed itinerary.
- The fare validation and seat availability must align with the details specified in the provided table.
- Cancellation charges will only apply if tickets have been purchased by the procuring agency.
- Payment will be processed only after travel tickets has been issued.
- Unconditional quotations, such as fare increases or airline changes at the time of travel, will not be accepted.
- The quoted rate must be in Ngultrum.
- Attached copy of trade license and tax clearance certificate.
- The decision of the tender co • ee will be final and binding
