The Department of Surface Transport, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, hereby
informs all prospective Applicants that an amendment has been issued to the Specific
Procurement Notice for the “Invitation for Prequalification for the Construction of
Gelephu-Tareythang Road and Bridges” (Reference No. ACCESS/DoST/WD-1,
ACCESS/DoST/WD-2, and ACCESS/DoST/WD-3, dated 20 th July 2026). The amendment
has been published on the Ministry’s website, www.moit.gov.bt, and prospective
Applicants are requested to visit the website for further details.
The deadline for submission of Applications has accordingly been revised to 1000 hours,
Bhutan Time (GMT+6), on or before 8 th October 2026.
