The Construction Division, on behalf of Project Dantak, invites eligible bidders for surfacing works on the Haa Road under 60 RCC (Part-II), 19 BRTF, Bhutan. The work includes laying WMM, DBM, and BC layers, application of prime and tack coats, road marking with thermoplastic paint, and associated surface preparation between Km 0.00–3.50 and Km 8.50–14.00, as per MoRTH and IRC specifications.
